Craftsman festival was held in Ko'kan city for the first time in 2019. After that it became a tradition. Because this festival clearly shows how hardworking and masterful the Uzbek people are.

On September 21-23, 2023, more than 1,000 artisans participated in the international festival, all artisans participated in national costumes in tents bearing the festival symbol. About 1,600 famous and experienced foreign craftsmen from more than 60 countries participated in the festival. At the same time, the favorite and internationally recognized works of craftsmen were presented at the festival.

In the central recreation park where the festival was held, and in "Khudayorkhan" Horde, various forms of organizational work were carried out. For example, special attention is paid to the town of blacksmiths, the town of carvers, the town of coppersmiths, the town of goldsmiths and other crafts. At the exhibition, craftsmen presented games of master classes. At the exhibition, folklore-ethnographic and theater shows were presented.
